I don't think I need to explain why he sucks as an artist, if you'll just look up the lyrics to pretty much any song from any of his past four or five albums. Nor do I have to point out how silly the fans' defenses are, such as the charisma defense, which is a big fat lie (Jay-Z is charismatic, Wayne just presents himself as a cocky jackass), or the production defense, which, most of the time, can only be maintained by deaf people (there are exceptions, but it has nothing to do with any effort on Wayne's part). No, what I feel I need to mention is the wasted potential.

Pitbull sounds horrible, trying to cover it up with bad words. He makes up the worst lyrics to a song and sounds nothing like he's rapping. His songs sound like it has been lazily written, and it has very unintelligent and yawning topics of money and women, and even sometimes drugs. It is not like that every rap song with those same topics are all bad, take 'Broccoli' from DRAM and Lil Yachty for example, that in my opinion was actually a descent rap song. It may have similar topic, but at least they made upbeat and happy with some type of effort and intelligence. You guys are insufferable. Autotune does not equate to having a terrible live-singing voice and sounding decent on the studio version. This is a huge misconception. Studio vocals are filtered whereas live vocals are not. So it's filtration that's the issue, not autotune. The only people on this list who identifiably use autotune are Kesha, Will.i.am, and T-Pain. In the case of Kesha it's often used for effect.
